Summary: I find it easier to add bows last so if you want bows you might want to wait For this garter belt I decided to add neon lace to the seams and some eyelet tape to the front panel 6 Next we attach our hook and eye closure I like to serge the edge of the fabric stitch the hook or eye tape to it right sides together fold seam allowance towards the garter belt
