For one reason, I have no clue how to work e bay, and two, I have bears that are retired and a few limited edition bears and I just would like to know the value of them. Can I sell to a previously suspended buyer on Ebay? Hi, I asked this before but dont think I was specific enough. I had three auctions for collectible items, and a buyer won all three. At the time that they won, they were a member in good standing, but a day later (before I could even send her an invoice) she was suspended. So I waited for four days, tried messaging her but it wouldnt let me. At that point, I got my listing fees back through filing a dispute and relisted them. After all, it's not like I knew how long she would be suspended for. Today, she came back to Ebay saying she was only suspended for ten days (now shes a member in good standing again) and she wants her items. I said no since she was suspended. If she had paid, I would have refunded her money, but I didnt even get to send her an invoice. She insists it was "a legally binding contract!" and that I'm unfair and she wants the items. She is being SUPER argumentative... So who is right and what should I do?

I cant take much more of this! Can you help? My little brohter always gets the royal treatment. He is 3.5 years younger than me, and he always gets treated better than me. His room Has an air hockey table, two room closet, giant posters, sport style locker shelves on his walls, every sport collectible you can imagine, a TV that the Patriots gave him, and nice wall trim, freshly painted walls, and sporty curtains. All I've got is a room painted baby blue from twelve years ago, no trim, a big opening in my wall that is being covered by a blanket, only storm windows, a filled in shelf with an un-sanded, un-painted piece of sheet rock, an un-painted closet, a TV that I bought with my own money, hundreds of little tack holes in the walls, and a big one where the door handle is, because there is no door stop. Speaking of doors, mine has chipped paint and tape stuck all over it. My mom asked me to clean my room and also vacuum my brothers room today!

Do you like 80s custom muscle cars? A while ago I was reading a bunch of 80s car magazines in a antique store, and I couldn't believe how much muscle car modifications have changed since then. I actually thought a lot of the cars looked really cool and unique. Many of them had custom graphics and body kits, along with after market hood scoops, etc. But nowadays most of them have been converted back to their original state for collectible purposes. It's weird to see muscle cars being customized like they're just used performance cars (like a Fox body mustang today) instead of being cherished like a ancient artifact.

Is This A Collectible Magazine? While looking through my stuff, I found a framed issue of a 1999 September issue of Duelist Magazine. It is still in the original plastic inside the frame, and contains a foil-stamped pikachu card. I know Duelist Magazine has ceased publication since, and was wondering in anyone knows if it is worth anything today or any other information regarding it. Thanks.

Cousins from hell , HELP, driving me insane D': My cousins, they dont live with us, but whenever they come over, which is like once in 2 months or something, they act like they own the house, and go around barging around and tripping over stuff and breaking stuff. They were over just this morning and GOD IT WAS SO F-BEEPEN ANNEOYING !!! IGNORANT B- BEEPS !!! Anyways, ones 8 and the others 7. TODAY, they broke my computer, and then they blamed it on me, and said i did some random stuff when they played some games and did some random stuff to it. Then, they nearly broke my collectibles !! D':< My collectibles are Zoids, which they dont sell anymore in Australia T^T and those collectibles are like antique to me (!!) i love Zoids. ^^. Anyways, afterwards, we were playing on ps2 and whenever i got a good score and went really far in the game and got really good, they erased the game and started a new one. ALL MY EFFORT WAS GONE !! D8< and they kept doing it over and over again. I wanted to kill them, honestly =] . And i couldn't tell my mum or they mum, coz i'd get in trouble once they leave, and my mum would get angry at me for being rude. Anyways, then we played on the computer, and they kept saying "OMG OM WHEN CAN I HAVE A TRY?!! CAN I HAVE A TRY ??! I WANT A TRY!! GIVE ME A TRY!! CAN I HAVE A TRY?!?!" that x1000 times in your ear. I was so D'< i wanted to yell "TOO BAD!!" but i didn't. im sho glad they are gone nao =] What can i do about them for revenge haha??

VERY IMPORTANT! Please heeelp!!! Major "Bug Fogger" health questions! Is after clean up necessary? I'm worried to death right now. I have an attic full of flies, gnats, mosquitos, and a wide array of nightmare creepy crawlies and they've been making their way into the rest of the house so I bought those bug foggers: a box with 3 cans. You set them off with all animals and people evacuated and it says to come back 2 hours later. Nothing about a cleanup. So I set them off all over the place today and have been waiting it out with ferret and hermit crab over my grandparent's house. Then my husband calls from work and tells me his friend mike yocum (also a chemical expert and all about rennaissance man) says that we have to wash EVERYTHING in the apartment because the "chemical residue." I mean wash ALL the dishes even though they were in the cabinets, all the windows, all bedding, couch cushions, all shelves, bookcases and knick nacks: we have TONS of collectibles, that would take a week in itself! Even stuff we wrapped in plastic trash bags because it permeates through. And we could even touch one item that's contaminated and spread the chemical to something clean. PLUS our cageless ferret can't walk on the carpet for 24 hours!!!! (don't worry, we have a babygate so she can't get in the kitchen and the rest of the house I've made 200% ferret proof after years of the little carpet sharks.) Oh crap! I'd have to wash the baby gate too! Itaks covered in duct tape + cardboard so she can't get out! I can't wash cardboard! And all of our loose yugtioh cards! I can't wash all this, most my stuffed animals are antiques and cannot be washed.PLEASE tell me this nightmare is not true and it's not that bad, if there is a cleanup, please tell me the easiest way and the most benign cleaners. My sword collection! What about the leather sheaths? Oh CRAP! Ya, PLEASE HELP! I could kill the company for not putting any warning about this on the box! Ya, I also have to wash our brand new desktop, our flatscreen, EVERYTHING, and when I say wash I mean thouroughly scrub with something that will get rid of the chemical residue. I need a fert safe cleaner though and I really am still hoping I don't even HAVE to clean everything. Has anyone used these before? It's from petco or petsmart, the $15 box of bug foggers. Crazy Cyco Chaos in a house!? Hello? My mom has gone like.....CRAZY! She took all of my collectibles out of my bedroom, she started cursing at me, she bent my glasses, she slaps me across the face, she almost twisted my arm, she threw my shoe at me this morning, and I don't know why! My dad almost always has to hold her back from hurting me. I didn't do anything to make her go bonkers! I talked to 4 teachers at school today, including the school psychiatrist. I also talked to the principal,my Math teacher, and my Math teacher's assistant teacher. They all said that this is not right. Can someone help me?

I have my parents estate to liquidate. What would be the best way to proceed? I inherited a 110-year old house filled with Victorian furniture, china, pressed, cut and Depression glass, framed art and just about everything else imaginable in the way of antiques and collectibles. I have already contacted antique dealers, estate liquidators and auctioneers. Only one auctioneer was willing to take a few things. This was 6 months ago. he just called me today and said to come and get the stuff, it wasn't selling. All the other people I contacted also indicated that they were overwhelmed right now with estates they couldn't liquidate. I tried Craig's List and having lawn sales without much action. Has the interest in antiques evaporated? I can't do Ebay since you need a credit card to start an account there, you have to pay to place items on to sell, added to the fact that and I'm not shipping sofas across the country! I'd like to start clearing out the house without giving it away. I know how much my parents had invested in it and I need the money! Any suggestions?

My bedroom wall is hanging full of 1:64 scale diecast cars. I have alot of Earnhardt Sr. and JR. cars. The top of our TV in our living room is covered with 1:24 scale cars and I also have some Maxx Racing card sets on it. 2 1990 sets and one 1992 set. I have also put together several sets of my own. I bought an autographed Benny Parsons 1991 Legend card today for practically nothing. I know Beckett makes an "Annual" price guide. Is this guide only made once a year? I'm thinking of ordering the OPG just to look up my racing cards and diecast cars. Is it worth it? I have Jeff Gordons 1992 BGN RC in the Maxx Black Update set along with his 1992 ROY card in Maxx. I also have his 1993 Wheels Rookie Thunder card. The latest PG I have is Jan. of '05 They do not book much in there. The only way I can get any info on there value is by going to Becketts OPG and see what they r selling for. Anyone have any input about the stuff I mentioned? Are there any book collectors in here? My brother inherited a huge collection of very old books when his 92 year old friend died. That's not all. He has rented a huge climate control storage unit to keep all her collectibles in. This is everything from the 100 crates of books, art work paintings, antique furniture, etc etc. He told me today that I could sell all of it for him and keep the money if I wanted to. I don't know how to go about getting these things appraised. Any suggestions? I'm in the USA. He told me there are books written by Abraham Lincoln's secretary about Abe. And some civil war books. There are also some very old Grimms Fairy tale books, Some books made of cloth. Pre- Wizard of Oz books called "The Gnome of Oz", and another called "The Cowardly Lion of Oz" Other than these that he mentioned, I haven't had a chance to look through the 100 crates to see them so I don't know what all might be there.

Anyway i have here a concert ticket that I was hoping you could tell me if it is real or not. i bought it off of eBay. it was sent to me displayed in a screw tight acrylic case like what they use on sport cards. The concert date was for may 30th 1977 at the Asheville Civic Center in NC it is a balcony seat section: 216 Row: A Seat: 11 the background is pinkish colored with white i do see a perforated tear off line above where each ticket is cut. it also has round logos on the back, and the words: quick tick but what makes me suspicious (minded), no pun intended, is the condition of it. it's too perfect looking almost like new condition! can anyone help? I saw Brady Quinn in California!? I live in Central California, my city is heavily dominated by Raiders and 49ers fans. Anyways, I went to my local Sporting goods store today (Big 5) and noticed the NFL collectible action figures. THE ONLY PLAYER THEY HAD WAS BRADY QUINN!!! What is up with that? I have not seen one Cleveland fan in this whole city in my LIFE! Besides that, he is not even a starter or an elite QB. I could understand seeing All-Pro's like Manning or Peterson. BUT QUINN??? Just Out Of Curiosity, How Long Does It Take For Velcro To Be Fully Attached? Today I bought two strips of the stuff so as to fix my plastic, classic collectible Don Post Darth Vader mask.... Erm I mean to fix some ordinary household objects that wouldnt cost any money at all if any burglars came in and decided to steal something. Seriously though, it says on the packet something like "Heavy Duty" stick on strips to the weight of 15kg. *Decides to weigh himself* Should I leave the velcro on overnight for it to be fully adhesive or can I use the thing that I velcroed now - I attached it about ten minutes ago and theres a Master Replica Anakin Skywalker Lightsaber raring to be ignited along with the Darth Vad- um the ordinary household object which is of uh, no monetary value. In short how long does it take for velcro to be REALLY strong. When did "Winchester-Western Duck & Pheasant Load" shotgun shells stop being sold as such? Today I visited a farm and its new owners. I found a spent shotgun shell that appears to have been there quite some time. Red plastic, "W-W" headstamp, 12 gauge, 2 3/4 inch, printed with "Winchester Western 6 Duck & Pheasant Load." I'm trying to come up with even a ballpark of how old it might be. I assure you I know less than nothing about guns or hunting, but I *do* know how to use the internet, and it appears that anything that used to be called "Winchester-Western" now is just called "Winchester." They have no products on their website with this name or anything close. I've seen collectible/vintage boxes of what appears to be this exact product for sale on eBay where the packaging looks kind of fifties-ish, but I can find no mention of a year on any of these sales. Can anyone narrow down the timeframe on this thing for me at all? Even if just to say "Winchester stopped using the Western name in 19XX" is better than the nothing I got now. Thanks!

Does anybody know the collectible value of a Hot Wheels Train Set from the 1980's? I hava a very nice 1984-85 Stow and Go Hot Wheels Freight Yard train set that I would like to sell, but I can't get anywhere with a search, other than ebay. One just like mine sold today for $76.00. It is in perfect condition, with all the track and 4 cars, including a scale model of Santa Fe engine, and caboose. I don't want to sell on line, but to a private collector. I would like to know the value so he doesn't gyp me out of it's true worth. Help anyone? Thanks.
