There are no air fares under the first time immigrant category, unlike repatriation fares, armed forces personnel fare, student fare, youth fare, family fare etc. You can check with your nearest travel agent about what is the cheapest ticket available on your dates of travel. You can also search for cheap flights at http://www.whichbudget.com
3. If there's a Travel Lounge near you, check the agency out. I know for sure that there is a discount for first time immigrants with Cathay Pacific. Other airlines may offer the same. A travel agent I spoke with informed me of the first time immigrant ticket discount. Unfortunately for me, I had a non-immigrant visa so I did not get the discount.
