My wife is Filipina. How do we find discount airline tickets to the Philippines? ?

My wife and I are on a very strict budget. She and I want to visit her family in the Philippines next year. Where do, and how do, we find airline tickets at a discount? We prefer Northwest Airlines.

1. Try http://www.wholesale-fares.com. You can also try the Northwest Airlines website. Some airlines say you will not find a cheaper ticket price on any other website. You can also see if there are any travel agencies that specialize to selling tickets to Filipinos or Asians.
