2. Within europe it is Ryan Air. Or used to be when I lived there. From here, yahoo finds decent prices and so does Expedia.
3. Well, my friend, that rather depends on where you want to fly to England from! Given that Yahoo! is pretty much global, you could be asking your question from anywhere in the world which will have quite a bearing on the answer! RyanAir are cheap as long as you want to fly to England from either Ireland or a number of rather out of the way European destinations which most people need a large map and a magnifying glass to find. And you don't mind flying into Stansted which is a bit like wanting to fly to New York but actually landing in Boston and getting put on the train. So, let us know where you want to fly from and we will try to help.
