1. I think american airlines does... but make sure you never fly jet blue when you do that! We got stuck in an airport for 2 days and had to sleep on the floor recently. make sure it's any airline but jetblue.
2. You mean STANDBY? Airlines don't offer these anymore.. You will have to pay full fare.
3. Nope the more you wait the more you pay. If you buy a seat the day you travel. You would pay more thenif you had gotten it two weeks before
