What is the cheapest way to travel from: 1) Frankfurt to Berlin 2) Berlin to Athens 3)Athens to Ankara(Turkey). Approximately how much time does it take? Could someone please let me know the websites where I can book the tickets for the same.

You can book tickets using the sites or links to the airlines from the sites. You should also check: http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en for train connections. You can book tickets for German routes, but it's an excellent resource for at least identifying schedules throughout Europe.
