Be creative... certain foods or beverages? a particular outdoor game, sports league or competition? discounted drinks?

Give free tennis lessons or golf lessons to them one weekend a month. Decorate in a way that would make them feel at home when they are there so they will want to return.
go to meetup.com and find a group of young active ladies, or find one in your local area and promote a "ladies night" Pay one price drinks & meal included, where it's only women on the golf course, where they can cheat and not count points, but just get drunk. If it works, word of mouth will spread and increase the nights/ days you do it. Maybe from once a month to twice and so on. Finding an established womans social group is the key. If you can get them to agree to show up, they've already done the leg work for you! Just one catch- If it works out you owe me a free game of golf!
