Trying hard to find a comedian I saw on comic remix last week?

While watching comic remix I missed the name of a guy that I found really funny: He was on a comedy stage [obviously] with the backdrop of what seemed to be the gates of heaven. He was wearing what reminded me of a priests outfit but I can't remember clearly much else or if that was even just a regular black suit. Anyways his joke was basically about living in a house where his wife/girlfriend knew the rules and he didn't. Parts that come to mind without any being dead on, all in a row: "No no don't drop that towel... now for anyone who laughed at that has lived in a house where only one of you knows the rules of the home. How much you want to bet it ain't you?" Then he immitates her saying his name really angry and fast, like an auctioneer? Anyone have any idea? haha I know what you mean, I'm sure I'll see it again :] No I love Bill Engvall, I'd know his voice anywhere haha. I'll leave this question up for awhile to see if anyone else knows. He had blonde hair, kind of short :)
