Do you like 80s custom muscle cars?
A while ago I was reading a bunch of 80s car magazines in a antique store, and I couldn't believe how much muscle car modifications have changed since then. I actually thought a lot of the cars looked really cool and unique. Many of them had custom graphics and body kits, along with after market hood scoops, etc. But nowadays most of them have been converted back to their original state for collectible purposes. It's weird to see muscle cars being customized like they're just used performance cars (like a Fox body mustang today) instead of being cherished like a ancient artifact.

- It's like kids who used to tear open the original star wars action figures. Now people want them in their original packaging having never been opened. I now see some of the modded 80 muscles cars sale just as well as the stock factory correct cars however. It all boils down to who wants what. But you’re correct. It's strange too look back in many of though magazines and see what people where doing.
- you should see my btching camaro
- I like to drive my cars, not cherish them. When I had my MR2, I drove it like a sports car. I used to like them when it was the 80's. But the technology has change a lot about cars. Now I prefer the smaller sporty cars. Good Luck...
- I love em. If you like 80's muscle cars, look for: 1985 Brock Commodore pictures. They had a 304 ci v8 engine and manual trans. or the SLR 5000 torana. They had the 308 ci v8 and were lightweight. Even by todays standars, they are quick cars. I have an old vr 5 litre ss spec commodore which goes well
- There are lots of custom muscle cars these days but still prefer the original classic 80's type... My friend owns a 1986 IROC Z Camaro and until now it looks good... High Performance Jeep Lift Kits @ http://jeeplift-kits-4you.com/
