where is the best place to go in kent to buy antiques? I want somewhere where i can spend the day pottering, s

we will be driving from london for the day so would like to visit somewhere pretty with nice places for lunch

  1. Canterbury is beautiful and has lots of little side streets with antique shops there are also lots of little tea shops and the pubs serve fab things for lunch. Have a fantastic day out!

Definitely spend the morning in Tunbridge Wells, go to the Pantiles for Cream tea (or the Nutmeg Tree in the Victoria Center) and look at some antique shops in that area around The Pantiles and High St. Then in the afternoon take the A21 (direction Hastings) and head to Goudhust first for a look around and a cream tea, then drive onto Cranbrook ...
