Anybody know anything about "Rent While Buying" offered by Remax?

I called about one house that i saw with that offer and the guy was real nice and was telling me that alot of those kind of offers can be done with zero down and/or 0% at closing? Are these types of deals good or should I stay far away from them? He was a licensed real Estate Agent through remax, what does that mean compared to a Realtor? Any helpful info will be greatly appreciated. thanks!
