1. Those are determined by the local broker, not ReMax Corporate. Call your local office and ask. If they aren’t upfront, look for someone else.
2. I leaned toward REMAX on my last home sale, eleven days and my hobbit house was sold! The agent was full of energy, every day i had to pass the vacuum over the carpet. I counted over 30 visitors in 3 days alone, i have no idea how many actually walked-thru. Although, the above can vary and it really depends how aggressive the housing market is along with the seller being willing to negotiate etc... Far too many stubborn sellers lose a sale on a 200K house because they wont move 2-4K; poor thinking.
