CA Real Estate Agents, Brokers, etc?

On average in your company, how long does it take new agents (1 year or less working) to make their first and second sale? I keep hearing 6 months is the average (and some take 1 month and some take 8 months) What about in your area? PS: I just got my license and I am going to be working for Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate Also, what is the average yearly closings for people who have been working

1. My BF is a broker, no agents under him. He closes about 3 a month right now. 2-3 a day is over, but it was great while it lasted! He averages 20k a month in commissions.
