Century 21 Real Estate or First Team Real Estate?

I love First Team. I have bought all my houses from there. But I would like to have a poll. Tell me witch you like better. First Team or Century 21??? Then I will total them. Check back to see what the answers are. I will write the poll totals on an Additional Detail. (By the way, I work at First Team) I will put the score answers here! Look at the 1st Team Website. It is so much better than Century 21

3. It should not be a matter of which company you like better. You need to find a Realtor you trust and are comfortable with. Century 21 as well as ReMax, Keller Williams and others are actually franchises. A C21 office in one city may be a very good one while it may be terrible in another location. Obviously, a company with name recognition is usually better. One thing I would caution against though is going with a company that isn't a full service brokerage, especially if it is to sell your home You want someone that is going to do everything they can to sell your home, not just put a sign in the yard and pray.

5. I'd go with C-21, but that's only because I am Coldwell Banker, and the same megafirm owns C-21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA. Other than that, quality of service has nothing to do with franchise name, but of individual agency management.
6. CENTURY 21 IS THE MOST RECOGNIZED REAL ESTATE COMPANY !!!
