Other info I have is, I donate a percentage of my income from the sell of a home to my local SPCA and I live in Amarillo, Tx.

I picked my home inspector because he gives $25 from every inspection to a sea turtle rescue. It makes me see them as more down to earth, they care about stuff I like, and that makes me feel better about doing buisness with them. Also offer to sponsor some of the groups adoption drives. Pet owners are a loyal group and will gravitate to folks who they think will "get" that they want a huge yard for the dog or that extra bath is where they will clean the dog off and not much else.
