Need help with job questions as a real estate agent? i want to try and apply as a real estate to work in "century 21" i wanna know whats the diffrence between: *sales *administrative *managerial im want to pick the best one as a job for me if you are in the real estate your experience stories will be greatly accepted how much do you make? and do you need a college degree? thank you

1. sales - selling and buying the homes admin - in the office helping sales in the paperwork / research into history of property, prices of recent sales, and all kinds of documentation required in sale managerial - these r the bosses who oversee sales/admin and were sales b4 becoming managers. they get a cut fr every sale and hence maintain the upper hand in the office. thats the way things go...... no need for degree. just astuteness, calmness, patience, tolerance, acceptance, dont-give-up-easily attitude, lots of walking, talking, phoning, messaging. pl take along a note book and anything the client ask, jot down and get back to them with the info soonest. goodluck
