My real estate ad is showing my MLS listing only what happened to my ad and pics why is prudential in the ad?

I entered a detailed ad with my words and paid for the featured listing (additional cost of $12.95) but it is not featured and the only thing appearing in the ad is my MLS listing. Also, in my ad when customers want to question my property they are taken to prudential properties, why are they appearing in my ad? They are not my real estate company?

1. i assume you signed a contract with "Prudential Properties"..so your either a sales rep or a seller.. each situation is different.. ultimate is that "Prudential Properties" hold the sales reps. contract and the listing contract so all ads are passed by the owner of "Prudential Properties" your complaint is therefore with the sales rep and/or "Prudential Properties" . you have signed a contract and have a right to ask questions..pick up the phone and ask.. ultimate "Prudential Properties" has the final say in all ads..and how they want their company and sales reps. put in writing....... Phone and ask!!!! good luck
