can anyone share their experience with starting as a new real estate agent with Prudential?

were you happy with their training? with the percentage they gave you? etc. Any thoughts will help.

1. Prudential as Realtor? Thought they are into Insurance?
2. To the first responder, yes, Prudential has a real estate business. To the asker, I interviewed there, but decided to go with another company. If you haven't done so interview at all the big ones and even a few smaller ones before making a decision. Most (not all) agencies will start you out at a 50/50 split for new agents. Good luck!
3. Each office is a franchise of Prudential. I was happy with them. In our local area, Prudential had the best training program. Best of luck, Angela
