1. You should focus more on individual agents rather than companies. Every company has nearly the same run of agents. Look for a knowledable, experienced agent.
2. The company has little or nothing to do with you getting the right agent. There are dozens of agencies in any given area. There are also good agents and not so good agents in all of these companies. You are better off focusing on an individual person who's first priority is to satisfy your real estate needs.
