what are the costs of getting into real estate as a new agent?
I'm thinking of going with Prudential, but I'm interested in anyone who can tell me about their experiences with this or other agencies.

- When I got into real estate, the company I'm with paid for my training and on - going training. All I had to pay for was my actual license. Obviously in Australia and in different states and territories this amount will differ. In some cases you will be paying costs associated with license renewals - again my company paid that for me. Best to check with the comapny you'll be starting with what they offer in terms of what they will or won't pay for you. Also check the states or country (which ever applies to your situation) for their website as this also lists costs involved.
- Education (courses), exam fees - but these are minor unless you already own an auto large enough and nice enough to haul potential customers in.
