1. You just have to choose what will work best from you. You should check out the link below if you are into real estate.
2. I think you're a few years too late buddy, but I would just go with the biggest company out there. You are going to have to work really hard in order to get listings/sell homes, but you can do it if this is really the business you want to be in....because the big money boom is gone, for now * * * a lot of realtors got spoiled the last few years...
3. You're getting INTO real estate? Now? Don't you watch the news? The market is falling into a black hole!! I heard on the news we're in a recession! Get ready to answer these questions at parties, you will be hearing them. Oh, and go with Coldwell Banker. Training is better there.
