Which broker in Phoenix is better to work fir:Prudential or Keller Williams?
I have been in mortgage for about 8 years now, and am looking to go into real estate full time, both as an agent and investor. Since I am in the Phoenix area, I know there are many choices, but these two look the best so far. (KW-training and growth, Prudfential-Yahoo! Real Estate coverage and visibility) Any ideas or details regarding these? Especially fees, training, etc. Keep in mind I may be new to the business, but plan on dedicating myself to this absolutely and do NOT want to change companies! This would be for the long term! And we have an eye to doing commercial development in the future, so is there an edge there between these two?

- Keller Williams of course! The buyer-seller issues in real estate are important not only for agents at real estate agencies, but also on a broader scale for marketers and salespeople in a variety of settings. The company’s agent-centric culture emphasizes access to leading-edge education and promotes an economic model that rewards associates as stakeholders and partners. Keller Williams Realty, which began franchising in 1990, is growing by more than a thousand agents a month.
- a lot of companies offer you a lot of benefits but they really dont. i know ive been there. I worked at CPS- popular here in northern california and it wasnt as great as they said. Now im at EXIT REALTY. check out our site theres a couple offices in phoenix i could reffer you to someone there so you can see what we have to offer. www.exitprofessionals.net
- I'm an agent in TN and I work for KW. I wouldn't work anywhere else. The training and technology are outstanding. KW is the only company that offers profit share and because of that, everyone benefits from everyone being successful. Everyone there will help everyone else out (like a family would) whether it's with a personal or professional issue. Monthly agent fees are some of the lowest as well (each office is different because each office is independently owned and operated). One of our staff members was going to transfer to Phoenix before she decided to stay in Memphis and I've heard her say great things about KW in Phoenix. Also, KW offers the most in house training (Camp 4-4-3 & Success Series). If you get the chance, you might also want to pick up "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" and "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" both by Gary Keller. They will actually serve as a handbook for being successful in this business.
- Keller Williams. They have a great training program. Their splits are high Up to $21,000 per year, but you need the training and good training does not come cheap.
