Im tired of looking at different internet sites for real estate listings , that are for sale in CA?
Is there such a business that for a fee, I can find it all on one site?

- Check the metro list. It's free! http://metrolistmls.com/
- realtor.com. The advantage to realtor.com is that you don't have to limit your search criteria. Some search tools limit you to 50 at a time wherease realtor.com will pull up as many as fit your search criteria! Good luck!
- No. You will pay for what they are offering as property managers, landlords or a website operator offerring all the relevant websites for your perusal.
- Realtor.com is the best you are going to get. CA has several (maybe 20-25) differant MLS services, so you will have a tough time checking the entire state.
- Usually, an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is your best bet. MLS's are databases of nearly all homes for sale in a given area. I'm not sure where in CA your looking, but try a google search for MLS and your city name. You can also find sites for dedicated regions, such as socalMLS.com Usually it's free, and in general easy to use. Best of luck!!
