What specific questions should a webmaster ask real-estate agents while designing their websites?

I work for a website developing co. and I have to come up with a questionaire designed for real-estate agents only.(new job) Any ideas of what questions to ask a real-estate agent while developing their website would be appriciated.

1. Do they want mapping (map\direction links to there listings) Zip code\area breakdowns Commercial vs residential breakdowns loan type calculators Size of the images, blow-up image options, 3D walk thru of homes etc. Contact numbers\email Do they want there pictures online?
2. 1. Ask for their name, location, working hours, office, phone number, email address, etc. 2. Which real estate company do you work for? 3. What department do you work for? 4. What hours are best to call or visit in person? 5. Ask for a list of previous or current houses they're marketing.
3. You can also show them some existing real estate sites and ask them what type of website do they want.
4. 1.) Purpose of the site 2.) Budget of the project 3.) Tools needed, such what kind programming language and what kind server should be used. 4.) How big sql database will be needed.
