Does anyone know if Yahoo has a Real Estate Propection Program?

I am trying to look at an apt but they want me to wire money through Yahoo Real Estate, saying that the money has to be wired through Money Gram. Is this legit?

3. This does not sound ligit to me. You sould be able to look at the apartment without any commitment of money. If you are interested in the apartment, you should be provided with a rental application. (again, this should be free) Upon submitting the application, you may be asked for an application fee, but this should only be around $35 or so.
