Yahoo has a featured story today linked to the url http://realestate.yahoo.com/Real_estate_news/story?s=rytimes/item-4bcc1fc619fd6bf106034420ddf198de.html How is it that Yahoo! is allowed to post such misleading information about the housing market and post no writer's name? The information posted in this editorial is posted as fact. Shouldn't that be illegal? How does Yahoo! get away with it? For instance, in this editorial, an anonymous Yahoo! Real Estate staff writer states that "There is no housing bubble." The facts are very clear that this is the biggest real estate bubble in history. This misinformation could lead more people into losing hundreds of thousands of dollars. Why would Yahoo! do this to their users? Could this be why Yahoo! is falling so far behind Google? Clearly, before Yahoo! Real Estate presents what they believe to be fact before millions of users, shouldn't they cite things like the Shiller Graph which define, without a doubt, that there is a dangerous housing bubble in the US? http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/113/2109/1600/shillergraph.gif I would prefer answers from unbiased Realtors, thanks. Realtors are given clear talking points designed to defraud their clients out of thousands of dollars. See http://www.realtor.org/home_buyers_and_sellers/its_a_great_time_to_buy_a_home.html I state the facts. Please don't use Yahoo! Answers to spread lies and rob people of their life savings.
