Are these foreclosure houses here on yahoo real estate foreclosure search are real prices or just a projected?

I am planning to buy a house and I'm kinda interested on foreclosure houses. That's why I wanted to know If these prices of these properties are final prices or just proposed...thanks and I appreciate your answers

1. The prices you see on the foreclosures are to cover the expenses the lender has incurred plus the mortgage balance. It's not to say that they won't negotiate, but be realistic. Lenders aren't good a selling real estate, and they have limitation as to what they will endure from a prospective purchaser. So my advise is use a realtor that has experience writing offers on these types of properties. No sense getting yourself in trouble before you begin.
