Belt Auction

i have just found an apt that uses Yahoo real estate as an escrow?

how safe and reputable is this. I really need this apt and it fits in with my budget and wouldnt have to move to another state and deal with the hassels of having to do so. has anyone ever done this and what was the outcome. I dont want to take the chance of losing money that i really need. Serious answers only please and thank you for your reply How would i go about finding out more about Yahoo real estate and finding out how safe this site is.
