Has anyone used Yahoo! Real Estate to list a home?

I am looking at listing a home I just remodeled but want to avoid the $4k in fees from companies like BuyOwner and HelpUSell... does listing on Yahoo Real Estate produce quick results? Please don't answer if you haven't used it or don't know anything about it....

1. i listed on yahoo locally and havnt had eny bites on my place yet. its been and week and not one reply. and im selling very cheap.
2. What about EBay or another website like that? Good luck and wish that you were here--I'd pay you to remodel my home..if you are great and affordable. I seriously would!! :)
