1. I work in a Real Estate office and I believe buying commercial real estate such as a McDonalds is a great investment. You always have steady monthly income and the company takes care of all the property taxes and up keep of the property.
2. It is a bubble and it has broken...the tumble is on its way, but we are only about 50% done. We have a ways to go, still.
