I searched for home values at Yahoo Real Estate (zillow.com), but no values come up for the State of Kansas.?

1. That's OK, because my entire block doesn't exist either...Does this mean my home is worth nothing??? uh oh!
2. I entered in my address and it found the home but said it was worth about $30,000 more than what houses are actually selling for. As much as I wish this were true it isn't.
