2. Craigslist.org is a great place to list. It is divided by region, so you are exposing your home to people in or interested in your area. You can have pictures, lots of text and craigslist is a busy site, gets lots of traffic.
3. Make your agent do their job, if you are having to assist due to a lack of creative and or agressive marketing then you need a real agent. It is admirable of you to offer such assistance but any well served listing will not require it as thats part of what you are paying the agent for.
