Top web sites to obtain real estate info on homes.?

Looking to purchase a home in HIll Country of Texas and want to get the best price and there seems to be a huge difference between high and low; therefore, it is difficult to put a realistic price on it. Have been using Zillow -- good but need some more as a comparison. Is there a realiable web site out there that really helps one? Thanks for any help!

2. http://www.realtor.com takes data directly from the MLS and is by far the best out there for the public. It is is the most up to date, everything else out there steals content from other sources and is not up to date. Zillows recorded prices are correct, but their estimates are off by as much as 300%, do not rely on that to price property. If you want the actual value you need to have your house appraised. If you want a rough estimate ask a real estate agent to give you a comp report. When you are pricing your home you want property within 1/4 mile, hopefully closer, that sold within the last 2 months, not your entire town.
