Is the Amityville Horror house up for sale?

I see on a real estate website a listing for a home at 108 Ocean Ave., Amityville, NY. I know that the address used to be 112 Ocean Ave. but because of all the rubberneckers and people coming up to their door asking to come inside, one of the subsequent owners had the address changed to 108 Ocean Ave. Here is the link to the listing. 2. It looks like the same house, but I doubt you can talk them down. It's really a nice house, with a boat house in the back and everything.

4. sure does look like it but in this economy and all those foreclousures i bet it will sell for 1/2 mill if that lol i was bored and did a home value thing and it said it's worth between $614,600 and $921,900.
5. wow, i guess it is for sale, but if you watch that movie, you'll get freaked out!! Believe me, i use to own a house near there in long island and experienced some weird things too. They say they use to kill native americans there on the that land. But who knows. I would buy that house and make it a site seeing place, and cost 5$ to get in LOL!! and you'd be rich, and a lot of people would come buy.
