I am trying to bid on cleaning a big commerical building what is a good bidding price to charge?

I don't know if this will help...calculate how much time in hours you expect to do the work...then figure what is the lowest price per hour you can take--also consider materials, supplies (& travel to/from). Be sure to spell out EXACTLY what the bid is for, and what it does not cover, in your proposal. I'm aware that you have to bid low if the building managers are looking only at price, but keep in mind if you go too low, you'll find yourself working for free!
