Is there a good place online to bid on a good used notebook or laptop computer system?

I am a full time college student and I am on a limited budget. I need access to the internet and software such as Microsoft Word and other related Microsoft products. It would help me tremendously to write all of my papers for English, Psychology and other classes ahead of me next semester.

3. I would try ebay. I know that if you buy from dell your payments are small if you buy a cheaper model around 25 dollars a month or so and that comes with all your software that you will need plus a warrenty and online support.
