Does Bid2Win really work for online bidders?

I wanted to ask if Bid2Win really works for online bidders who bid through credits? I love that site but now I am feeling that online bidding is not given much importance! Recently I had bid for a latest Nokia phone but despite getting the unique bid and much lower, I lost to a person who won the auction for nearly Rs 10 more than my bid! I contacted the bid2win technical support team but they did not respond at all. I had bid on the particular product for nearly 40 times at a go! I feel sad. I have some many credits and I thought I can bid more but now I feel there is no point as online bidding is not considered while the system selects the winner!!!!!! This really hurts. I atleast wanted to win one product after bidding so much....
