Is half.com a bidding site like ebay.com.I want to know if their prices are fixed and if the ship outside the US.

1. No, they're a site where you shop for products. You choose what product you want to buy, and then you get to choose which seller you're going to buy from. I 'd guess that whether they ship outside the U.S. or not would be up to the individual seller. You'd have to go look for the item you want to buy and then see if the person selling it will ship to your address. They have a help section that I'm sure would answer all of your questions in great detail.
