So given that this will just fortify the current Yahoo Search Marketing system, it will just be the same old pay per click bidding competitive marketplace system -- only better. It is basically a change in their algorithm What Panama provides will be the ability to build campaigns of multiple ads linked to multiple keywords. Reports are saying though that the process of ranking the ads will remain the same -- the campaign that pays the most money will still be on top Other new features with Yahoo Panama will be better local targeting, wildcard targeting will be easier to use, and new conversion tracking tools are to be offered if you use this. The word is that this system will be available sometime in the 3rd quarter, around July or Sept.
