How do i estimate cost for cleaning a lg. multi-room storage facility,so as to bid the job and be competitive?

Its a large building divided up into smaller rooms ,metal walls ,concrete floors ,all have to be cleaned of dust and debre before occupancy

1. Your question needs to be more specific. Are you asking how much time it would take one person to do such a job? Are you asking how much you should charge per hour? Are you doing this all yourself or are you hiring helpers? Is this a one-time cleanup job or a periodic cleaning/janitorial service? Basically, calculate the number of hours it will take you to do the job, including travel and administrative time, and multiply it by a reasonable hourly wage for yourself. Factor in the creditworthiness of the client, hassle factor, out of pocket expenses, and so on. Anonymously contact your likely competitors and try to get an idea of what they'd charge for a similar project to see if you're even in the ballpark before wasting the time submitting a bid.
