I have been asked to include taxes in my quote for a construction bid, do I tax labor hours and produt?

Do I state tax labor? I'm getting paid $45 per hour per labor hour per person. (I have a 4 man crew) I have supplies that I need to buy for this job too...do I show state tax on that as well? I live in MN and any help would be much appreciated...

1. There are a few things missing. Is this job going to qualify as a capital improvement? If so, contractors are generally required to pay sales tax on the cost of all materials (including supplies) used during a job. If not, does MN tax only the cost of materials, or does MN tax the cost of labor as well? A few things to help you figure out your quote.
