how do u estimate a bid in a new construction cleaning services?

I just started a new construction cleaning service and have no clue on what to base my pricing on,could someone please help me?

1. Usually estimated hours. There are not enough of you guys around, you can charge about 30 hour if you have the right equipment to get the outside clean and those stupid stickers off of the windows.
2. I hate to say it but if you have no clue how your competition prices themselves, you shouldn't be in the business. It is time to start doing your homework. Call your competition and see if they can give you a quote over the phone. It may be an hourly quote. You'll then need to determine how long it will take to clean up a job site and make your bid that way. It will be a trial and error time for you until you get the feeling and know how to price the job while making money.
