i am looking for forms and language to put a bid for remolding and construction?

i am trying to present a bid for a job that has to do with a insurance company.

1. GeeeZ ! What ever you do...change " remolding" to remodeling! Seriously, though...in my area stores like Home Depot or Menards carry some forms that a contractor can buy and use... they usually have a special desk for " contractors"..ask there. ( Or sometimes they have forms in the book rack...)
2. Most all insurance companies require and contractors use AIA documents. If you are not familiar with them then you are out of your league. Let's hope your remodeling craftsmanship is better than you spelling and wordsmithing!
