how can i make a bid preposal for construction meeting friday?

i am bidding on a huge contract friday by 1:pm need help putting together a bid packet i already have the #'s just need a templete of something so i can put this all together

1. make an excel spread sheet starting with categories as the job would progress under construction and have a total dollar amount for each category. For example, Demo 700 rough framing 6000 and so on Then have a total at the bottom It usually is very risky to break out all you numbers though, unless you don't care if the client sees all you numbers I know I don't want my clients to know what markup I have on there job, I would just stay with the old "Supply and install all necessary what ever and break it down into categories " the more detail you give the better the odds are you will get the job. Details build value with your client. Good luck and remember the first person to talk after the price is presented will loose.
