do people pay right away once the bidding on ebay is over?

the bidders, who bid on an item you sell. do they have to pay like right away? and whenever your items done, what happens? does ebay send you something that has their address in it? what happens.

1. Sometimes they pay right away with paypal. When the auction ends, you are able to send an invoice to the winner to begin payment arangements. The buyer's address is made available to the seller.
2. When you see on ebay you can see who bought your item.To find your listing fee's look at your seller account in my ebay. I have over 100 positives,and i always notify the seller i was winning bidder and pay then or tell the seller when to look for my funds,i feel this is just a courtesy. Most pay with in 7 days unless you as seller state a shorter time.If using pay pal as your payment received,just watch pay pal account for money to go on line.also pay seller fee's as soon as is possible as ebay likes their cut....good luck and as you go you'll write your ads better each time to allow for everything.....George
