When I win a bidding on eBay do I wait for the bill or send the payment right away?
I don't know what to do! Should I wait for them to send me a bill? Or what?

- Ask the seller. That's usually how it's done.
- Wait until the auction holder has contacted you.
- u should wait for a invoice and than follow steps to finish
- send the payment right away
- you may want to wait for the invoice just so everything is made clear by the seller. then send the payment
- I pay right away. I don't think I've ever waited for a bill.
- Either way is correct. If you know the shipping charge, you can just go ahead and pay right away. That's what most people do, if using PayPal. Some newer buyers will wait to hear from the seller first, but you don't need to. I've sold well over a thousand items on eBay, and have bought almost as many!
- you could do either. It will prompt you to pay or just wait for the seller to send you the invoice
- Send the payment after the bid closes and you are the winner. You will only get a notice that you won and sometimes get a message from seller. So bid closes and you won, just pay for the item and you are done.
- usually the bill will be email to you instantly. good luck!
- Read the auction you won. There's usually details as to whether the seller will send an invoice or not. Usually I just go through to my profile on ebay to pay my bill, which of course has it sent out via paypal and they get their money before they even know it.
- If you pay via Paypal, you can pay right away. Always communicate with your seller, find out how long it takes to ship, and make sure that your seller provides a delivery confirmation number for your shipment.
- either way, if it does not say to wait for an invoice, go ahead and pay
- The seller wont send the item until you pay, usually, so its best you pay right away.
- you can do both. you could try waiting for the bill when you win in bidding on something and you can try sending the payment right away another time u win. then what ever you thought was more convenient for you then do that
- Usually, you wait for the seller to tell you how to pay. If you already know that they will take paypal, card etc. then pay right away if you want. But if you don't know, make sure you communicate with the seller before the transaction. That way, you can avoid confusion.
- There might be something in the auction where it states wait for seller to contact. I usually wait for an email or I send an email to them.
