  1. Contact Ebay customer support. ASAP!
  2. u have set it to do this but did not know it. u can do that on ebay. contact the seller first and let them know what is going on then try ur best to contact ebay . good luck
  3. there is a setting somewhere, im sorry im not too sure. you probably put it to bid on it's own untill you reach a maximum that it ws set to.
  4. go to www.ebay.com and click on "live help" on the upper right hand corner and they can show you how to retract your bid. I accidently did that some how and a live person walked me through it. I didn't know how to do that. the forums were confusing so dont bother with them. GL!
  5. you don't spend the 66.10 and you buy a gun and find the person who was selling the item and u shot the item .....ROFL you though i was gonna say shot the guy >.< and i uno my suggestions is to e-mail this guy and the people who are bidding against you and tell them your situation
  6. Retract your bid. You may have entered in 99.00 instead of 0.99. It will keep increasing your bid for you if you bid higher than the last bidder.
  7. HOLY SNOT!!! Customer support! A Lawyer! Anything!
  8. The answers above seem like guesses or they are incomplete. Why answer? It sounds as if it took your first bid as 99.00. Go here immediately and cancel your bid. http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RetractBidShow Paul
  9. Ebay does whats called a proxy bid it automatically bids you up to your max as others bid. my guess would be that you accidentally put 99 and it registered it as 99.00 so it will bid you up to 99.00 and will stop there. here is the guidelines for a bid retraction - http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/questions/retract-bid.html here is the bid retraction form - http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RetractBidShow
  10. The following is from Ebay: Exceptional Circumstances Only There are, however, a few exceptional circumstances (described in the User Agreement) under which you may retract a bid. These are if: *You made a typographical error and entered the wrong bid amount. For instance, you bid $99.50 instead of $9.95. If this occurs, re-enter the correct bid amount immediately after you retract your bid. If you do not place another bid, the retraction will be in violation of eBay's policy and could result in your suspension. Please review the retraction guidelines if you need to retract your bid. For more information, please follow the link. You need to retract your bid ASAP.
