how do you ban vile people from bidding on your ebay items?

Ive sold an item on ebay and the woman who bought it is totally vile and comunication with her is awful for no reason. she didnt pay for 4 days so I sent her a friendly email to ask if everything is alright and she is being very offensive for no reason. ive since had payment but when I advertise my other similar items she will be interested but I i dont want to sell to her. can I ban her from bidding?

1. Yes, add her to your Blocked Bidders List.
2. As Sal*UK quite correctly stated, all you need to do is add her username to your list of blocked bidders. Good luck.
3. Some people are just ******oles. You could give them the Moon and they'd hate you because it wasn't round enough. Before you block them, I suggest that you raise this issue with Ebay ( or PayPal ) as they have a good(ish) dispute resolution process, plus lawyers who know big scarey words. You might not be the only person who's been on the dark side of this 'winner'.
4. click on help top right type in block buyer look down the list, Maliciouse and unwelcome emails click on block bidder Some where near the botton of the page add their user name in the box So cut it first then paste it in That way you wont miss spell it click update or whatever it is called (I think my brains on strike) Job done She will never be able to bid on your site again
