For all you Ebay sellers.Can I have two Ebay accounts with the same corresponding Paypal account?

Reason why is because my wife is going abroad but we have always shared the same Ebay account with the same corresponding Paypal Account. However, for tax reason, she no longer lives in USA and wants a different account corresponding to a different address. Is it possible to register another Ebay account but add a corresponding existing Paypal account. I think I have tried this and Ebay warned me of "Shill Bidding" LOL.
